Morning runs continue from the Ballito Club House at 5am, routes vary. Please feel welcome to join. I often hear people say they are waiting until they get fitter. Don’t wait. Come and join in and your fitness will rapidly improve, as will you motivation levels. There is a faster group that runs at between 5 and 6 mins/km and then another group that runs at between 6 and 7mins/km. Please feel welcome, especially if you are trying to achieve a goal like your first race, a marathon and especially Comrades.
