Welcome to Dolphins Paddling!
Born out of the need for a recognised Paddling Club between the Durban and Zululand area, Dolphin Coast Paddling Club was established in April 2016. The club prides itself on being open to all forms of paddle sports and caters for paddlers of all abilities and backgrounds. The club aims to support novice, development and elite athletes who are based in the Greater Dolphin Coast area.
Our group currently meets at the Dudley Pringle Dam:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6am
Dice night is Friday Night at 5:30pm
The club is fully registered with the KwaZulu Natal Canoe Union (KNCU) and as such paddlers are able to participate in a wide range of recognised events. DCP has identified the annual Fish River Marathon as its major event and as such paid up club members will have access to facilities during the race. So if you are just interested in a social paddle to keep fit or have aspirations of taking on canoeing/surfski races please feel free to complete an application form to get involved.
See you on the water for some fun.
